Maintenance Plan Request

Our customers often request to be put on an automated service schedule to have their windows cleaned on a regular basis.  This convenience offers several benefits.  First, by “pre-scheduling” your service we hold you a spot that gives you priority scheduling over others during busy times of the year.  And secondly, we take the task off of you of trying to figure out how long it has been since your windows last got cleaned, remembering when it is time to have them cleaned again, and having to contact us to arrange for an appointment.

Choose the frequency schedule that you prefer.  We then “pre-schedule” reserved appointment time slots for you in the future based on this frequency.  As the appointment date approaches we will contact you several weeks in advance (either by email or phone based on your preference) to let you know that you are due for service and see if the tentative date we have set aside works for your schedule.  If there are any conflicts with the tentative date we can then make scheduling adjustments to accommodate your needs.
